When vehicle returned,bit of a hassle about gas level.We returned vehicle with same amount of gas as when we first received car.Turned out gas gauge was malfunctioning and what appeared to be less than full tank was actually full.Representative gave us hard time and attempted to fill gas tank himself, only to discover that gas gauge was indeed malfunctioning and we were not scamming him.Rented here many times; annoyed by this treatment.Car should be serviced before renting.

The staff was very positive and energetic, the car was satisfactory. There were some superficial issues (cupholders were broken, USB charger didn't work), but overall the car ran very smoothly and was clean.

When picking up the car, I was waiting to be served, there was only one person at the counter and she was with a customer, when a second staff came out, she didn't ask if I needed help and instead served the person who had come in after me. There was a squealing noise every time I started the car, although it went away after a few minutes, there wasn't much pep to the car, not easy to accelerate and the inside light wasn't working.

The fuel guage was wavering between full and less than full so when I returned it I over-filled because it didn't appear full. I let the attendant know. Otherwise everything was great.

Maybe I shouldn't expect or compare with other car rental experiences, but Andy's reliably slow in doing the paperwork once you get to the counter. I have rented there at least 3 times a year, every year for 25 years, so nothing has really changed in that time span. I estimate that it takes an average of 17-18 minutes at the counter every time with a confirmed reservation from. I think that the problem is either or both too few employees and or lack of available technology. "Cayman Time" perhaps

I have rented a car from Andy’s for many years! The last two times the cars had a beat up look with dents & stains on the seats. The staff has always been professional.
