great experience with this car rental company. location at airport was great, across street from arrivals. speedy pickup and drop off experiences with no hassles. no pressure from staff to buy 'extras'. vehicle was clean and everything was functional. would definitely rent with Andy's again.
Not enough staff at check in. Each customer averaged at least 10 minutes. We have rented at Andys for yeats but each visit seems as if we were never there before and they spend way too much time behind the desk. Poor use of time on each customer. Could learn more from the bigger rental companies.
East end of island very helpful. Great agency to work with! Our experience was very good. Car was a bit beaten and locks did not always work. However the island life has to be hard on any vehicle. Great people to work with!

Have rented from Andy's for 10 of the last 11 years. In 2017, I thought I had a better deal with a competitor, but it was not. So back to Andy's for 2018 and will remain so in the future.
Were you pickup / waited on promptly? - The counter staff is usually understaffed on a Saturday. They need 3-4 people during peak flight arrival times to keep the line moving.
We recently vacationed with an Andy's rental for the fourth time. The car and quote we reserve online prior to our trip has always been available. The staff is friendly, accommodating and speedy. and the air conditioned office is a SHORT walk directly across from airport arrivals--important for seniors. The cars are not always brand new, but have always served us well.
