Convenient location and staff was efficient and friendly.
Car was musty smelling inside and many scuffs, scratches and dings.
Friendly staff, very helpful with arranging an extra car and driver to help with getting our luggage and our party back to the airport at the end of our trip!

We had anticipated a lengthy wait as out flight arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon, along with several other flights. Andy's desk was well staffed, the car was clean and ready and before we knew it we were out the door with a map and all we needed to know to find our villa. On our return, the gentlemen at the desk were very nice and efficient and the return process only took a few minutes. . We would definitely rent from Andy's again!

Car ran well. Return process way too long. Had to go inside and waited 15 min. Not good. Streamline, please. Needed to catch airplane.
My car was not available when I arrived. But I received a different car 15 minutes later. I was satisfied with the car replacement.
