Becky at West Bay Road was great. Disappointed that you charged me for gas on the van that broke down in Georgetown and had to be towed away so had no way to fill up with gas before returning.
Reserved a Jeep. Received a 60,000 mile beat up, unsafe mess. Did not drive for most of the 3 days I had it before I had to swap it out. Did not receive credit for those days. New car Kia Rio OK but radio did not work as the antennae was torn off. They gave me a better price for the 3 days on the KIA, but still wasn't worth the hassle of having to not use the Jeep before returning it. Staff needs to step up professionalism and friendliness. They don't appear to care if we use you or not.
Car rumbled very loudly when idling.
Windshield wipers worn out.. need replacing. Tires very worn.

We rented 3 cars over a 4 week period so these ratings cover all 3 cars. Two of them really poor , the other was fine. We did get a 2 day credit for a really poor piece of service for one of the vehicles. Overall i find the cars are not in great condition and this is based on 12 plus yeas of renting from Andy's
