The service and staff were excellent. The vehicle could barely run properly. We were constantly in fear of it not starting or getting us around the island. The vehicle had 90,000 + miles and was in poor condition.
Van style vehicle. Breaks rub when applied. A/C did not keep up except on days with cloud cover.

We stay at Morritt’s Tortuga club on the east end. We really appreciate the convenience of the east end office of Andy’s.

The car was a piece of junk. It continually rattled. No remote door opener. When I put the key in the door to open the car, the alarm started beeping every time and I had to start the car to stop the beeping. The door opener on the driver's side did not open or lock all of the doors, I had to manually open and lock each door. Horrible car. I would never rent from Andys again.
Based on my experience I would use again and recommend to others.

The wait was very long to get the car and we did not get a right hand drive which we had requested. However, the drop off was very quick and easy. The rates were very reasonable and we would rent from Andy's again although we would hope for a faster pick-up process.
Car was pretty old and seats were ripped. Still ran ok but had to be really old. Paid for a better car in my opinion
