Agent at counter very slow, focus was on socializing with other staff instead of just getting us in and out.
Due to a 4 hour delay in arrival I called 6 hours before my scheduled pickup time. I was told that I had no reservation although I received 2 email confirmations from the company and one just 3 days before the pickup date. I was offered one option on the phone. When I arrived my reservation could not be found but was then later I was given another option. I was taken care of because I called. If I hadn't called this may have been an ordeal. DO NOT TRUST ONLINE BOOKING!
Booked a 5 seater car months ago & Ford Explorer or similar confirmed. Given small,old,smelly Suzuki Vitara. Told it was actually 7 seater and it was an upgrade!! Farcical!! My adult children could not sit in the middle,(5th seat) and put a seat belt on as it is so narrow & they are not fat. Car was changed when one available to a Dodge. It was plenty large enough but equally smelly and old, ripped and sewn up seats & piece of metal came out of buckle on passenger seat belt & cut my arm 3 times
THE cara was old
Five month advance reserved SUV was not available. they only had three cars available. I had to take A very small car and make multiple trips. Then I had to return that car at another location and pick up a larger car several days later. That location had no operation computer and everything had to be done by hand. I had to let her copy my credit card and my drivers license. I hope that my credit card doesn’t get scammed. Also I will closely check my statement for errors when I get it. Not hap
not well marked in the airport on how to get to Andy's.. you walk out the main doors and look 45 degrees right. I had to ask a few people for directions.

Car was old, smelly and not well looked after.
The staff were very accommodating.
Andy's is the best. We keep coming back year after year. Best service, convenient location and we'd rather go to a local company than one of the many national corporations that are also available.
