Car was pretty old and seats were ripped. Still ran ok but had to be really old. Paid for a better car in my opinion
We've been renting from Andy's in Grand Cayman for over 15 years. We've never had any problems with the vehicle, the pricing is consistently the best we've found on the island and the staff is easy to work with.
We'll continue to rent from Andy's for years to come!
Car was not in the greatest of shape but we had a great week, it got us where we needed to be, and we always rent from Andy’s!
With airport construction it took 1/2 hour to walk over with our bags and knapsack
The first car was so bad we didn’t even take it. After a whole day of traveling it took over an hour just to get a rental car and there was only two people in front of me in line. I travel all the time for work and Andy’s was recommended by a friend but I would never use them again.
Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, we got our car in no time after a long flight which was much appreciated!
Very satisfied. Personnel
going from a compact to one level above, rates are very high. You should try to use newer vehicles. Thank goodness they had a newer model than the one they picked out originally for me. They did promptly give me a newer model.
The wait at the airport was far too long when your competition is the major car rental operators. Adding two staff during peak check-in times would be a good move.
We rented a Jeep Wrangler, and with 4 people it would have helped enormously to have a 4-door versus a 2-door. Making selection of this type vehicle more transparent will help with satisfaction. This would be an expectation base don the price we paid.
Staff was great.
Requested a minivan - first car we were given was small, tight, run-down no name car with a gas pedal metal bar, no foot pad (unsafe)ripped interior and key held together by electrical tape. We requested a new vehicle, given a Ford Freestar, The staff was very accommodating, but this car was also a piece of Cr$%. It did not run on all cylinders, bucked the entire time we drove it, shaking in idle, and we were in constant fear it would break down. Prob worth less than what we paid to rent it.
