Staff was helpful with directions and answered all my questions.
Like that we can pick up at one location and return to a different location
The staff were great, I was just surprised with the final bill as I was not told there would be a charge for an additional driver as well as a few other fees
Andy's car rental was excellent. We received a brand new dodge jeep convertible. Very nice car that got close to 20 mph
Car was a bit old and had more damage than expected for a rental car
Shortly after leaving the initial pickup, I noticed the car handling oddly. I pulled into a service station and found that the left rear tire was very low. I added air to the tire and called Andy's. The staff immediately arranged for a new car which I picked up quickly and the rest of the rental was great. Although the tire should have been discovered before I left, things happen. The staff were courteous and professional. I will continue to rent from Andy's in the future.
Agent at counter very slow, focus was on socializing with other staff instead of just getting us in and out.
Due to a 4 hour delay in arrival I called 6 hours before my scheduled pickup time. I was told that I had no reservation although I received 2 email confirmations from the company and one just 3 days before the pickup date. I was offered one option on the phone. When I arrived my reservation could not be found but was then later I was given another option. I was taken care of because I called. If I hadn't called this may have been an ordeal. DO NOT TRUST ONLINE BOOKING!
Booked a 5 seater car months ago & Ford Explorer or similar confirmed. Given small,old,smelly Suzuki Vitara. Told it was actually 7 seater and it was an upgrade!! Farcical!! My adult children could not sit in the middle,(5th seat) and put a seat belt on as it is so narrow & they are not fat. Car was changed when one available to a Dodge. It was plenty large enough but equally smelly and old, ripped and sewn up seats & piece of metal came out of buckle on passenger seat belt & cut my arm 3 times
