We've been renting from Andy's for most of the 20 years we have been visiting Grand Cayman Island. Their rates are the best on the island that we've found and their staff is always friendly and very helpful. Their cars are sometimes a little older or showing minor damage but that's not uncommon with all the rentals on Grand Cayman. We've always been very satisfied.
The vehicle we reserved was not available due to an accident, but the agency got us two cars instead of the van we wanted. They were very helpful in getting things worked out for us.
We had a very good experience with Andy's Car rental and would use them again on the island.

Ridiculous amount of paperwork. Takes forever to get out of there! You always stand in line at Andy’s for 30 minutes to an hour.
This is the best rental company on the island. I have rented from others over the years and always found Andy's the best.
Always a good experience. Appreciate the personal touch with the drive back to the terminal to check in for the outbound flight.
We are previous renters from Andy's/Fox. When picking up the vehicle the service was very poor. One on staff who took her time not withstanding the lineup. This outlet needs to be managed better. Unlikely that we will rent again from this location.
Only issue was it took over an hour waiting in line and there was only 4 renters ahead of me in line. Two agents were there when I first got there then one walked away. Came back a little later but didn’t do anything. At just over an hour another agent came out and things started to move. By this time there were over 10 people waiting. Return was quick and efficient no issues on that end. Car was good/clean.
WAZE worked well for getting around.
Picking up the car took almost as long as my flight. Each person in line took maybe 15 or 20 minutes to process and the line was long. A horrible start to my vacation. Then the vehicle I booked (suv) was not available.
