Overall satisfactory. I had asked for charges to be charged in USD to my local Scotiabank card but they were charged in CAD to my CIBC Aerogold card.
The spare wheel well filled with water after heavy rain requiring a change of car.
The day we returned the rental vehicle- October 11 was pleasant and worked a great weekly rate fir the following week . This worked to our benefit since we had planned to only rent for 3 additional days and it was economical to rent for a full week. Very satisfied overall!
I was aware of the car seat charge when I made the reservation but I thought charging $10.00 per day for car seats was excessive, penalizes families with children
I also thought the vehicle was very old and showed serious signs of wear, drivers seat was thread bare.

The car was super dirty and smelly, had wax all over it that was never wiped off and it barely ran. It took several tries every time you wanted to start the car. It had water stains all over the seats and when it rained the rain somehow drained on the floor of the car which then got your feet wet. It was the worst rental car ever!!!
Waited in line over an hour before being waited on.
