The customer service was great as I was having issues and questions with having a local pick up the car using my foreign debit card.

Good morning. Your staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The car had some issues and this is not the first time I've had issues with your cars. The pick up was very slow and which made entering traffic a challenge. The. Belts squealed when starting which woke up other guests at the complex.
I've had cars like this at least two other times. I'm a property owner and refer a lot of our guests to Andys and hope the receive quality cars.

NEVER Use this company.....very. very poor!! Rescued by MARSHALL'S!! As Cayman residents, we made our Andy Car Rental reservation online, 7 days prior to our rental date. We requested a RHD (right hand drive car). The counter agent Duran had no idea what this acronym meant that was indicated on our reservation. We thought that we had secured a mid-size car with a total cost of USD $209.85 for 3 days, with an online confirmation. Upon arriving to Andy's today, we were turned away by Duran claimin
