The first rental I was provided was very old with rust on the outside and broken and missing pieces on the inside. The second one that it was replaced with was to small to carry our party and luggage. Additionally, the vehicle was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait 20+ minutes for an unsatisfactory vehicle.
Staff were helpful when our rental car needed some attention due to a flap rubbing on the tire. The flap was removed right on the spot.
While the car was in good working condition, it seemed sluggish and could probably use a tune-up. Had to "floor it" to get it going when driving in traffic. AC was cold though!! The staff at both the Seven Mile Beach and airport locations were friendly and helpful!
the wait time to get the car took far longer than it needed to. Staff was pleasant and courteous just not enough people to do the job efficiently.
We got a flat tire and nobody was available at Andys to help fix it. My husband is disabled and we paid a worker at our resort to help us. Also the donut tire that we had to use had been used already and was not new. We were afraid that one would go flat also. The next morning we exchanged cars at Morrits location so we could get back to airport for our flight home.
So conveniently close to Robert Owen Airport in Grand Cayman. Across the street from arrival area! Appreciated the fast and simple return. We will use them again.
Duran was the rudest most belittling person I have ever experienced in my life. Tried to make me look stupid, discussed my personal business in my face and went as far as to ask my CC limit. What an absolute HORRIBLE experience. I took my business elsewhere and WILL NEVER ever do business with this company. Neither will I recommend it to Anyone!!!
We had a worry free car rental! I had reserved a car that was too small for my family and our luggage and the employees provided us with a larger one without any issues! I highly recommend Andy's Rental Car
I understand that it is "Cayman Time" but how slow does the pick up need to be. I was second in line and someone helped me 46 minutes later.
Ladies were nice in arranging the rental and were able to give us a car that we could roll down the windows since the first car they were going to give us had issues. The only problem we had was a delay in checking out because they forgot to switch the car number on our paperwork to the second car that we actually rented. I would use them again.
