The waits are ridiculously long generally. They often only have one person signing people in. We fill out all the forms online and then they do it all again. Question: How can Avis or Hertz toss you a set of keys and let you drive off when Andy's takes at least 15 minutes to process a reservation that has already been completed?! In a word, there processes are really third world. Too bad, because the rates are great!!!!
Kia Rio, 4 door... not sturdy at all! Pulled out of a parking spot and front bumper scraped parking spot bumper on ground and almost pulled off! Staff treated me like a criminal as if I were inconveniencing them! Took pictures of "damage" which was a few broken clips that preventing me from fully popping bumper back in place. Wanted to speak to manager about it but he was "in a meeting." Terrible service! Would not recommend and certainly will not go back.
Always have had great experiences with Andy's, which is why we keep using Andy's. Nice surprises, like finding a lower rate when I actually rented the car than what I had been quoted by email, seeing how receptive Andy's was about having us rent by the day instead of the week when we found the car just sitting and not being used regularly, and the warm welcome when we arrived and were recognized as previous customers. We definitely like Andy's!
Rented from Andy's many times. Never a problem.
The customer service was good. The vehicle was in poor mechanical condition. Squeaky brakes. Problem with acceleration (i.e., step on the gas and there was a significant delay before forward motion would begin).
Very easy to use and very close to airport. Would definitely use again when I come to grand cayman.
Excellent service as always
I rent from Andy's twice a year. I requested a car with quality wiper blades and a working radio. While I did not have to use the wipers so I cannot comment on that point, the exterior antenna cover was missing so the radio did not work properly. From now on, I will check the car for both to be in working order before I drive off their lot.
car was fine,,but older,,,would prefer car with under 50,000 miles... not over 100,000.... the car worked out
