Our vehicle had more than 99.000 miles and worn seats. It was an older model that required moving the two middle seats to reach the back seats. We considered trying to exchange it but it ran well so we didn't bother. We have used Andy's many times over the years. I know Andy's has multiple locations, unlike its competitors, and I could have called to ask for an exchange. But the idea that Andy's pushes its cars longer will remain in the back of my mind.

The key fob did not work so unlocking the car was a hassle since only the driver side door had a manual key lock. Half-hearted apology was mubbled upon drop off.
Car had low tire warning when we picked it up. Counter representative didn't do something correctly and then send us 6 emails to follow up. We stopped back by to correct the situation and it still wasn't fixed. Required a separate trip to a different location to correct the problem. Wasted too much of my vacation time, not impressed and is not appreciated.
Quick and easy check in and out. Excellent value for the Cayman Islands.
