Andy's has been a great place to rent cars for us. The only suggestion I would have is that they need to consider having more people at the check in desk during surge times, as the waits can get long, and the staff are not overly speedy. But the cars have always been clean, and reliable, and the rates have been very good.
I LOVE Andy's. We rent from them every time we come to the Island and are never disappointed.
My vehicle was presented in a very poor mechanical condition an I had to reject it. The staff gave me an alternative vehicle that proved to be very good. However it appears I may have been given another renters vehicle leaving them to find an alternative rental agency

I was only customer. Took over 10 minutes to find car in lot. Brought us dented up dirty car. I asked if something else available I was basically ignored.
We were very happy with the very good deal we got from Andy's on a 7 passenger van, and found the staff helpful and the location/rental process very convenient!
Short walk at airport to office, but about same distance as other rental agencies. Has second location on west bay road, which is convenient to hotels, etc.
No isues, everything worked well
I will be back next year!
