Very helpful and courteous staff. Our plane was late and they didn't make us feel as though they were inconvenienced. Check out and check in process was efficient and problem-free. Thank you for a great rental experience. Will definitely rent from Andy's the next time we are in Cayman!

Every time we rent from Andy's we are pleased. Glad it is close to airport with easy in/ easy out.
NOTE: Returning the car service was terrible on Saturday Dec 10th. It took over 1/2 hour to be processed due to lack of staff (only one staff member). We were rushing to get to check-in for our flight. Very disappointing.

Wonderful experience
Andy's is the best! We've been traveling to Cayman for about 13 years now and after trying about 5 other rental companies (the "name" brands) for the first 4-5 years we have used only Andy's since then. The agents are professional and friendly; the rates great; the cars reliable. We're Andy's fans for sure!
The car we were given was the most outwardly beaten up car of the lot. problems with the radio button falling off trunk stripping always falling down, inside stained from salt water.Our bill was to be $285.00 My husband was told there would be a $30.00 credit since it was a mess...final bill was $2.00 more not $30.00 less as promised upon the return of the vehicle
I got prompt, courteous service from everyone at Andy's Rent A Car. They were all great.
Even though there are minor issues with the wear and tear on the vehicles the staff friendliness and genuine hospitality makes up for this.
