All like clockwork!
Our check-in and check-out experience was exceptional and timely. Our vehicle was clean and exactly what we requested
We already have another vehicle rented and when we chine back next time we'll be renting from Andy's again.
Although the cars are older, the price was always worth it, so I didn't care. However, on my last two trips, the prices have been very close to what I would pay at Hertz or Avis. It's getting to the point where it's not a "deal" any longer. I may decide to go with one of the big names next year - even if they're $50 more, I would get a nicer car. Andy's deals just aren't as good as they used to be, which is disappointing.
