Our experience with Andy was excellent.
We have rented with them for the last 7 years.
They are 10 times better than Avis.
Avis is overrated, overpriced and provides lousy service.
I have vacationed in Grand Cayman each year for past 15 years. Over the years couple of times rented car from another agency--- service not as good, little more expensive for lesser quality of service and car not as good.
Past 10-12 years I only go to Andys because service and quality better than other rental agencies. Now I only look to Andys for my car rental needs when in Grand Cayman.
1st vehicle seat belt hard to lock in place and the brakes very touchy .....I had no trouble exchanging the vehicle which had no issues. I have been renting cars from Andys for over 8 yrs and and find the staff friendly and accomodating .

Seems strange to us that it takes so long to get our car when we have already put all of our information into the reservation. You need to get into the 21st Century with fast rentals like Hertz and Avis. With these, we literally get in the car and drive off after booking on-line.
Fast pickup and great location across from airport.
Rented a JEEP wrangler. Reliable vehicle for the island. Was making some squealing noise from the brakes.The soft top has been WELL used by others not knowing how to put it up and down.Being a JEEP owner I made it work..Drivers seat did not fold forward to let people out of the back seat. Passenger seat belt kept locking up and wouldn't pull out. Everything else about the vehicle worked great. I would definitely rent from Andy's again.might ask for a little money off at the end. Very nice people
