When I returned the car, I had no time to get gas because I didn't know where. Mark from the rental place helped me out a lot. He is fantastic.
The customer service person had no sense of urgency and never smiled.

I was satisfied with the experience. I have rented from Andy's for over 15 years now. I travel to Grand Cayman 2 times a year. I rent a car on each trip. It would be nice if Andy's had the ability to know this based on my past reservations. This way they could acknowledge me as a loyal customer when I arrive to rent my car. There are a number of restaurants on the island I frequent each time I am on the island. Their bartenders & waiters recognize my wife & I. It's nice to feel appreciated.
The vehicle (Grand Vitara) had over 64,000 miles and was in poor condition. Remote would not unlock doors, manual locking wasn't working. No rear window wiper, radio was not factory and worked poorly. Interior was in very poor condition, lots of wear and tear evident.
Mentioned that to counter person at return and received absolutely no response.
Vacationed in Cayman for 22 years and rented from Andys for many years but I will have to rethink before I'm back again next year.
I come to Grand Cayman for a week every year and have always rented a car at Andy's. Never again. They didn't have the car I reserved. The SUV I was rented was in terrible shape, and the lady that rented it to me was not accommodating in finding a better solution. Good bye.
