There was a bit of a wait as there were 2 at the counter and 1 in front of me but I was taken care of when it was my turn.
The car needed wipers. Had it been raining a lot when driving; I would have brought the car back for new wipers but I only needed them to "clean" the windshield.
I finally got a newer car with a decent radio. Some of the previous cars were quite used and were in retirement mode in my opinion.

Car was nice to drive and comfortable. Staff in the east end location were friendly and helpful.
It was a quick drop off / return of the car which I appreciated given I was catching a flight out.
I have rented for Andys in the past. I had made a reservation online and received a confirmation email. When I went to pick up car they couldn't find my reservation in the system. I was fortunate that there was a car available that in my opinion should not have been rented. The seat belt for the driver side did not work properly and engine was idle rough and stalled on me a few times. The staff is great at the 7 mile location .
