Our flight was delayed so when we arrived we found the agency closed even though the other car agencies were still open. When we returned the next day, we had to wait a very long time in the line because there was only one agent on duty who was both managing the counter and checking vehicles for damages. Very frustrating.
When vacationing in Grand Cayman, we have found Andy's to be our car rental of choice. We've never been disappointed!

Everything with renting the car went smoothly and a good experience.
Rental was midsize, car received was compact.
Rate was more than double to other renown companies at this airport and week.
First car had a very noisy A/C compressor so we swapped it for another car that was very satisfactory. The swap was handled quickly and in a friendly manner.
I would suggest that the operations of the vehicle be thoroughly checked before it is assigned to a renter. The brakes on the vehicle I used was very low.
