Best rate on island. Staff was willing to help find the perfect car for our needs. Very helpful and thoughtful.
I was over charged. I emailed reservations as I was asked to do. A week later absolutely no response.
The return staff was great. We needed to leave early because of Hurricane Matthew and the girls behind the desk were so helpful especially when I was stressed out trying to leave when airports were shutting down. Everything went so smoothly. I was surprised when I even got my money back from the days I didn't need the car. I would rent again from them and give them 5 stars.

Other than a slow leak in the back left tire, the car was wonderful! Loved how convenient the locations are.
The agent showed up late but was nice and helpful. Great deal of $5 a day though a lot of taxes and extra charges. The automatic key lock was broken. Overall pleased with rental.
Good experience all around. First car I picked up at the airport had a damaged fender liner that I found out after leaving the parking lot. Your agents one east end swapped me out of the car no questions asked!! Thanks will do business again in future visits.
I had a problem with the battery not holding a charge and the car need a jump twice while I was staying on the east end. Unfortunately your east end office had no way to service the battery (no jumper cables) walked back to the hotel and eventually found a pair of cables. Later that day the battery died again at the shopping mall about 10 minutes from the office. Called and your service was there immediately and switched out the car and I was on my way. The two men that came were terrific. Thanx
