Staff was very helpful. Other travelers in our party were due to arrive 30 minutes after I picked up the vehicle. They allowed me to park the vehicle on site until our travel companions arrived. This was greatly appreciated and made our wait much more enjoyable rather than waiting outside at the airport in the heat.
Dodge Charger was a heap and not what I expected. A lot of rust, bad shocks and springs and battery on its last legs. Almost didn't start the last day. Car should have been retired and sold on secondary market long ago. Not fair to be paying retail rates for a wholesale car that needed to go long ago. I have rented with you before and even rented a 2 cars but disappointed this time.
It was as expected I've rented from them before however it would be a refreshing perk to be recognized as a returning customer. I realize they have thousands of customers but tracking that kind of information would make anyone feel some level of customer appreciation since without loyal customers they would have a hard time staying in business.
the remote control didn't work .i asked if their location on the east end at Morritts had batteries for the remote and was told I had drive back to airport. , a fifty mile round trip. the windsheild washer fluid was empty. the suv seemed tired
Good overall experience
Excellent service
Vehicle was clean & in good working order, good fuel efficiency as well.
we love Andy's! we rent 3-4 times per year and we are always pleased. We always recommend to friends. i love my little Picanto 860.
If i come back to the Caymans i would use your company again...
Good service. We asked to change to a larger car and shorten our days of use and this was acceptable. Everything was explained and made clear.
Could you all do something about having to drive on the wrong (left) side of the road...???
