We had battery problems and the agency sent someone out right away.
The staff was friendly and very helpful and both sites (airport and Morritt's)
Explained the insurance coverage and gave advice on when stores were open
I know Saturdays are busy days, but the check in process took over an hour including a long wait in line. This was to serve only about 6 customers. We had 3 kids with us and this is hard after a long day of flying. Also the cleaners left an old partially full apple juice container in the car. Yuk. The car was exactly what we needed, but when I tried to reconfirm a week before arrival just for my own peace of mind, no one ever answered my email.
I've rented from Andy's Rent A Car for several years in a row. I could not ask for better service.
