1st vehicle seat belt hard to lock in place and the brakes very touchy .....I had no trouble exchanging the vehicle which had no issues. I have been renting cars from Andys for over 8 yrs and and find the staff friendly and accomodating .

Seems strange to us that it takes so long to get our car when we have already put all of our information into the reservation. You need to get into the 21st Century with fast rentals like Hertz and Avis. With these, we literally get in the car and drive off after booking on-line.

Rented a JEEP wrangler. Reliable vehicle for the island. Was making some squealing noise from the brakes.The soft top has been WELL used by others not knowing how to put it up and down.Being a JEEP owner I made it work..Drivers seat did not fold forward to let people out of the back seat. Passenger seat belt kept locking up and wouldn't pull out. Everything else about the vehicle worked great. I would definitely rent from Andy's again.might ask for a little money off at the end. Very nice people

When we got to the rental location the car we got was a fair bit smaller than the car which was indicated on your website. The person taking us out to the vehicle after when did the paperwork in the office (Seven Mile Beach) had a real take it or leave it attitude. Not impressed. Will not be likely doing business again with you unless desperate.
