We have been renting form Andy's for many years now. We were very unhappy with our car this year. Although we always get the cheapest car we do expect it to be nice. This little green car was dirty and the radio worked when it felt like it.
If I rent again next year from Andy's those of us that are not divers (who may carry dirty things) should get nice clean cars.
Car was very new and was perfect for our needs. Our best rental car experience with this being our 5th trip to Grand Cayman.
I typically rent from hertz on grand Cayman but wanted to support the local business this time. We were really disappointed in the suv we received. It had 77k miles on it and no ability to either plug in our music or use Bluetooth. Also, the hatch on the back would not stay up and both my daughter and I ended up with welts on our foreheads from hitting our heads on it while loading luggage and groceries. People were very friendly but the car was terrible for $600 a week.
Too long to check in...I am a frequent customer and my records should be readily available. The car had a maintenance issue and the staff promptly came to the hotel and replaced it! Bravo, bravo!!! The air conditioner on the initial vehicle didn't work well; the replacement Suziki, however, was awesome. We love Andy's.

I changed the vehicle online a few days before the rental date and they hd no record of the change there. Apparently, an email request and confirmation is not enough. the car was ok but missing some things, like a way to open the trunk without the key. The fuel gauge did not go the "f" position. They have to do better to compete. Their only advantage is the lower cost.
We did have a problem with the left rear tire, but staff took the time to fix the slow leak (twice) and we were back on the road quickly.
The vehicle was slightly worn out. The low battery warning light came on and we had to have the van replaced. Prompt service on the replacement van.
Next time we will refuse the car if not satisfied, we made a reservation well in advance of our visit, paid top dollar, and were given a vehicle that I felt was worn and shabby. We rented from you in the past and know You can do better!
