The car was perfect and efficient service.
Very pleasant staff and efficient
Car was in good condition with no odors. AC worked awesome. Staff members were pleasant. Rental area clean and neat. Pick-up and drop off were within 15 minutes.
The woman I saw initially spoke English very poorly and was difficult to understand

The rental and return process is much longer than experienced elsewhere. We also had to stand in the heat for almost 15 min while the vehicle was taken to fill up with gas since it wasn’t already full. Otherwise, it was a positive experience with the vehicle, staff, and no hidden surprises.
Wonderful experience
Perhaps management would consider having a separate employee answer phone calls rather than the only one on the front desk handle them alongside customers. The renting and return process was definitely slowed down by this.
