We have rented from Andy’s for years, I’ve had cars with leaky tires and changed them myself. The front license plate as even fallen off. This years car had filthy windows and the wiper fluid didnt work properly and we were blinded in an after dark rain from smeared windshield wipers and no fluid. I cleaned the windows daily by hand for two weeks and didn’t complain. However when I returned the car with minor sand in it. The nasty woman at the desk wanted to charge me $250 I vacuumed the

Inside windshield had a haze making it hard to see in the sun. The clear plastic over the speedometer was somehow damaged by something sprayed on it and was hard to see how fast we were going.
