Nice rental agency. Have used them for 10+ years and have always received good vehicles and service.
After over 20 rentals from Andy's, as usual everything mer or exceeded our expectations.
On the 3rd day of our 5 day rental we were on the east side of the island and the engine light came on. We promptly drove back to 7MB to return the jeep before it was damaged. The response I received from the girl on staff was ridiculous!
I said, the engine light is on so Im brining it back so there is no damage. Her response was, " Your seat is wet!"
For Gods sake, we are on the diving island of the world and we just finished diving and your concerned with a wet seat and not the engine!
Everything was quick and easy
Surprised and disappointed to be told at pickup that if we wanted a 'new' car we would have to accept left-hand drive.This is despite fact that you drive on the left, the same as here in UK. We had to settle for an old vehicle with over 75000 on the clock.
We were told that the available right-hand drive car was about 2011 yet the handbook was dated 2009. What was even more surprising that there was no reduction in the rental.
Why were we not told this when booking online?
Car was nice as wax the service. Will rent again from Andy's.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. CAr was perfect for the trip.
