Always a good experience
We ended up extending our rental by a few days and the woman at the airport office was very helpful! Everything was easy and quick.
I reserved a car, a subcompact (the cheapest one) online, and was quoted a price and given a confirmation number. When I arrived to pick it up, the agent could not find me in the system. When I showed him my email with the confirmation code, he immediately honoured the price. He did not have any subcompacts, so he gave me the next level up at no extra charge. There is an extra charge for driving in a different country, so I recommend getting an international drivers license before you come
Long wait times for both check out and return, but good car condition and price.
Great group of employees that were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The entire rental experience was terrific!
