Nice to see the process going more quickly than it used to. Since we book online one would think that the counter work would only take a minute or two. In the past it has been SLOW. Much better last time. And should be -- after all I have already inputted all of the information.
This is a good value rental and the staff do their job OK; but lack warmth and welcome.

The car I received has seen its best days. It was fairly ragged out. While functional, it was really used and should be retired. For what I paid; I am accustomed to better from Andy's.
For the past 14 years we have used Andy's when we return to the island at least 2 times per year. They staff is so personable and meet every need. Fast service when we return the car going to the airport. They have even given me a ride to the airport when I have been alone.
I have rented from them 10 times, and will rent again in November, Chris has always ben the best from day one!! Larry

This was our 5th time renting from Andy's. The wife and I can't believe anyone rents from anyone else when you get a nice car and great price that the others aren't even close on. We will be using Andy's again next trip
