Expected a newer car with right hand drive. Got an older Mustang with a "low tire pressure" light coming off and on.
Car we were originally given did not meet our satisfaction. A couple of days later we were given
another car which did meet our satisfaction. The the first car was an older car with several dents, etc.
My wife said the interior had an offensive odor for some reason. Our complaint was dealt with satisfactorially,
and I would rent from Andy's again. I have been satisfied with their service for several previous years.
Good service and car was ready when promised.
We have rented a car from Andys everytime we have visited the island. Not once did we get poor service. I would recommend Andys to anyone visiting the island.
Have rented from Andy's Rent-A-Car several times when visiting Grand Cayman. The best rental agency to use in my experienced opinion. Good service, nice clean cars, and fair prices. Will definitely rent from Andy's again in future.
