Counter service is a little slow comparing to the US, but I appreciate that there is more time available because everything is nearer. Would suggest that in order to keep pace with the rest of the world you could look at trying to adopt some more automation. Thanks
Our rental broke down part way thru the week and the timeliness and communication for getting a replacement was outstanding! They were in constant communication with us until our new car was delivered. Very prompt service.
My wife and I and 6 of our friends reserved 3 jeeps for our cruise excursion in the Grand Cayman's. We were picked up from the pier and driven to Andy's. When we got there too check in and get our jeeps we were told that they only had one jeep available and a mustang. We were not happy about this at all due to the fact that we had reserved the jeeps online over a month before the cruise. Car was in poor condition, did not handle well. When I checked out, there was no attendant and it was confusing.

I rented twice within a week, the first experience applies to this survey - which was 100% the first time. The 2nd experience was HORRIBLE - car and service. I do not know if I will get the opportunity to respond to a 2nd survey however.
Van was in poor condition. Very worn out. Check in attendant agreed and gave me a discount based upon the van's condition. That was a fair way to deal with a subpar vehicle.
