I have been renting from Andy's for almost 20 years. This year the cars were the worst I have gotten at Andy's. the first made a huge racket and the brakes were so bad I was worried about driving it about and had to exchange it. The second one had over 70,000 Km and also made the high pitched sound that most of your Suzuki's make. All in all, a big disappointment. Your service is good and your staff great, but your cars are terrible.

We have rented from Andy's for years & each year the car you get is a gamble. This year, it smelled like cigarettes. We asked for another car & did receive one but 1) the employee said they "can't control" who smokes in their cars and 2) wanted to charge us for the bigger vehicle we ended up with. The bigger vehicle was dirty and had missing pieces. We couldn't stick with the cigarette car because our allergies kicked in within minutes. Andy's needs to fine people for smoking in the cars.

Not the best car I have rented from Andy's. Key fob did not work and wipers were terrible. Many dents in the vehicle.

Gisele was wonderful, but I didn't get the car I requested on the reservation at first (Swift, wheel on right), and then the car was in very poor condition; I think it needs a new starter, too. Giselle was great again when we returned it, though. You need quicker service when the flights come in - more than one or two guys getting the cars out and more than 2 or 3 people behind the desk. Aside from the junky car, I've been happy with Andy's for the economy.
