Car had brake problems that developed during the week -- it was replaced with a newer version of the same van at our Condo -- appreciate the swap...
I have rented from Andys many times, always good service. Have been renting cars in Cayman for 15 years. Have tried other agencies over years--- they did not meet Andys level of service, hence I do not look at other agencies in recent years.
Did not have the van we requested but did deliver our luggage for us. The van was quite average that we got.
Our family uses Andys every time we go to Grand Cayman. We love the combination of the service provided and the convenience of the airport location.
Everything was as promised....
Car was old and I had to pump the gas a lot to keep it running when I started it each time.
I'm a long-time customer of Andy's and will continue to use the agency on every trip.

when we went to the 7 mile beach location to get a second licence they rewashed the car for me.
