We were disappointed with the "quality" of the car rented. It had 54,000+ miles and was rather tired. In addition, the interior ceiling lights did not work properly. This is 3rd time renting from you and we had a better qualityvehicllefor the money. We really have to consider whether to use Andy's next Spring when we return.
Every time we have rented from Andy's we have had a first rate experience.
Good value
I had to replace the vehicle 2 times because something was wrong with the car. The first car was not cleaned inside well at all, and the 2nd car had over 80k miles on it. The staff was responsive but being on vacation I didn't want the hassle to exchange these cars twice. Finally for the 3rd car I got a new Kia which was great. Time for Andy's to do some upgrades.

I've been traveling to Grand Cayman twice a year for the past 17 years. During this time frame I've probably rented from Andy's office on 7 Mile Beach 15 of those 17 years. I've never found the people who work in the office very friendly. Or engaging. You would think their data base would tell them the history I have with them which would generate a "welcome back" or "thank you so much for your business". I will be back in April 2016. We'll see if this survey motivates them to change....
I have rented from Andy's rent-a-car since 2007 and started coming to Grand Cayman on a yearly basis. Always have gotten prompt and courteous service from the employees. I asked the locals if there was a better place to rent and the answer is always Andy's.
Vehicle had 143,000 miles, teh gas cap did not open and the truck also did not open.
