Limited quantity of vehicle's's available on a late afternoon arrival. I rented two (2) vehicle's for our large family traveling together. One was an SUV, one was a Jeep.
Cars had greater than 60,0000 miles and engine service lights were on. Jeep floors were filled with water under the mats, smelled musty, and had mosquito's.
They got us around however.
Our fault totally, thinking that a small jeep would work for a family of 4. It might be great for the website to suggest that is a tough vehicle for 4 adults and luggage - but we made it. It was great - we always use Andy's wehn we come to Cayman and always recommend you.

Our party has rented at Andy's before. First time under my name (Leu). Vehicle was a little older (7 passenger van). We noticed some issues with the car (one person in our group is an auto mechanic). One wheel bearing was bad. Seat belts didn't always latch on first attempt. Rear door almost always didn't latch on first attempt (potential safety issue as we had the rear seat folded down for bags and they could have fallen out. Nozzle for driver side windshield wiper fluid was plugged.
It was good staff was helpful
Had to exchange car for larger one when we realized all the luggage from 6 people did not fit in with people inside Andys exchanged it without any fuss
Our agent when we picked up the car was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly--a great welcome to Grand Cayman and pleasant start to our vacation.
Well organized. Very friendly. Would rent again..
It seemed to take a long time to check-in and get the cars.
