The rental experience was very good. The car was available at the requested time and the service was excellent.
Not the best car I have rented from Andy's. Key fob did not work and wipers were terrible. Many dents in the vehicle.
Gisele was wonderful, but I didn't get the car I requested on the reservation at first (Swift, wheel on right), and then the car was in very poor condition; I think it needs a new starter, too. Giselle was great again when we returned it, though.
You need quicker service when the flights come in - more than one or two guys getting the cars out and more than 2 or 3 people behind the desk. Aside from the junky car, I've been happy with Andy's for the economy.
Our first choice was a convertible, and there were none available. We got a Jeep Wrangler - it was showing some wear, but overall it was a nice vehicle for our trip. The seatbelt jammed, and they happily exchanged it for another Jeep and gave us a discount for the trouble. We probably could have called and asked them to bring one to us, but we were planning to be out that morning anyway. Overall, good service and experience.
The vehicle was dinged/scratched up and the right side light was falling out. It was hard starting and the belt squealed a lot. Other than those issues the vehicle operated great.
Will come back next year for 6 weeks

When we returned the car a man who was cleaning the cars walked by us after I asked him what we need to do and pointed to something and said nothing.
Not a well run company. Horrible car.

The jeep was in horrible shape, there were many broken parts, the air conditioner made noise, zippers were broken & essentially the top was a project to keep secured any time we drove. Very disappointed overall.
Pricing could be better for long term customers. I have rented from this rental agency for more than 10 years and yet I get charged same prices as first time renter. Not good customer loyalty.
