Upon arrival, we were told that the car needed to be cleaned & be ready in about 45 min. After 1 hour, we checked & the car was still not ready. I walked to the back & found the battery was bad. Nobody had tools to fix. Asked for another vehicle & told no. Waited another 30 min for car from airport. We were offered discount. Upon return noted discount of $3. Rented here 4 times now will not be a 5th. Disappointed in the handling of this situation.

I have been using Andy's Rentals for as long as they have been open and will continue to give them my business as long as I am travelling to the Cayman Islands.
Pick up driver used mobile device while driving and seemed distracted
Staff was excellent! Helped us out when our flight was delayed and shuttled my family with small child to town to pass the time free of charge. Super friendly and a pleasure doing business with them.

This is the best place to rent a car on the island of Grand Cayman. We've tried them all, Andys is convenient, the best value and you and in and out in record time!
with only one person ahead of us, it took 45 minutes to sign paperwork and get our car. it had to be cleaned and readied after all paperwork was completed.
Booked a car months in advance. Upon arrival were shown 2 cars which were filthy dirty, old and requested to have one of the newer vehicles.Was told someone else was getting them, but there were only us and 2 others waiting. Finally given another old vehicle, smelly dirty and bumper hanging off. Really disappointed with this, these old cars need to be scrapped.
