I have used Andy's in the past and I am pleased with their service. The interior of my rental car was not fully cleaned upon pickup but the rental experience was still overall very good.
We got full coverage because there are some theft issues in Bonaire, our car was stolen and they immediately replaced it.

I thought we were getting a good deal but my brother got a better price with a bigger car at a different agency. I was shocked that the price quoted was in CI so I didn't get the price I thought I was getting.
