Booked a car months in advance. Upon arrival were shown 2 cars which were filthy dirty, old and requested to have one of the newer vehicles.Was told someone else was getting them, but there were only us and 2 others waiting. Finally given another old vehicle, smelly dirty and bumper hanging off. Really disappointed with this, these old cars need to be scrapped.

I have used Andy's in the past and I am pleased with their service. The interior of my rental car was not fully cleaned upon pickup but the rental experience was still overall very good.
We got full coverage because there are some theft issues in Bonaire, our car was stolen and they immediately replaced it.
