I paid 12 $ upgrade for a better car, but I received from my point of view a standard one.
But it was good enough.

Absolutely great service all around!!!!
I waited 15 minutes to get my car after completing the required paperwork, and no one knew where my car was or when I would have a car. The car had scratches all over the door, the headlights had moisture in them, the radio didn't work at all, the keyless entry buttons were broken, and the AC worked sporadically at best. I saved $25 going with Andy's over the competition. After using Andy's for my last 3 trips to the Caymans, I will never be using them again.

We were disappointed with the "quality" of the car rented. It had 54,000+ miles and was rather tired. In addition, the interior ceiling lights did not work properly. This is 3rd time renting from you and we had a better qualityvehicllefor the money. We really have to consider whether to use Andy's next Spring when we return.
Every time we have rented from Andy's we have had a first rate experience.
