I made an error on my reservation but the counter staff were prompt to correct the error and get us on our way wihout delay.
Exactly as expected from previous experience with Andy,s. Convenient to airport and a good value.

Great company to rent from
Car was not charging but I am a mechanic so limped to Andy at seven mile beach where it stopped completely. I was very impressed by the way they gave me a new car immediately. I've been using Andys for 17 years great company.Beckys great Many thanks Dave Broome
Andy's was convenient being on airport, and met all my travel needs.
Encountered issues at pick up. Staff at desk was confrontational. As the week went on, the four of us who rode in the vehicle received insect bites, said nothing until several days passed thinking it was just each individual who experienced what looks like flea bites. The car had a very strong oder of Fabreeze (or the like) and smelled like a wet dog had been in the car. Windshield wipers were poorly maintained, and since we got caught in a rain storm at night, could barely see. Staff denied
We always use Andy's at Grand Cayman going back 10 years or more. Never had a problem Service is well tailored to the driving needed on the Island !!
Agency website easy to use, rates are all listed and not hidden like other agencies. Prompt service at pickup and dropoff, easy to get to from airport terminal.
