The old Ford Focus that was first offered to us was defective in many ways. Wiper wash did not work, and the door handles were difficult to use ( worn out ). We had to complain to get a new car. This is the second time we have been offered an old "piece of crap" car, when nicer cars are sitting on the lot. For 5 years we have used Andy's, but we will be shopping other options next year when we return the Grand Cayman.
Becky at the Airport was brilliant and really helped with other information as well

The car was a little worn. Didn't start reliably, had one tire that leaked down every other day. Both issues were reported when I turned in the car.
