We had large group ... 7 people ... SUV was great ... good service.
When we were given our vehicle, two of the tires were low on air. We pointed this out and asked to have them filled. All else was great with the car.
Pick up could be a little faster, but all-in-all Andy's is my go to agency in GC.
Although the car was old, beat up, dents, worn interior, it ran satisfactorily. They did not have any full size cars at the airport and they had to bring one from the 7-mile beach office. It only took a minimal about of time.
The car only had 3/4 quarters of a tank of gas when I picked it up. They came out to verify, and then when I returned it full, they gave me gas credit. That was unexpected and certainly appreciated. The staff at the Airport Grand Cayman Office were very VERY helpful.
Always reliable. Grand Cayman locations at the Airport and on the East End.
the service and the staff were the best part. very friendly and very helpful.
Thank you very, very much! I was really surprised to see that except "famous big rentals" they are companies as Andy's that promote highest values for customers.
Thank you once more !

Andy's provided excellent service at an outstanding price. Helpful, friendly, and courteous -- couldn't ask for more. We'll be back next time we visit Grand Cayman!
had made a reservation more than a month prior to our arrival. The first car that they showed me was a left handed drive car and when I spoke with someone confirming the reservation, I had specifically requested a right side drive vehicle. The next car they showed me none of the staff knew how to adjust the steering wheel and one other car the louvers on the air conditioning ducts were broken and therefore the A/C could not be directed. The 4th car had a lot of miles 40,000+, a leaky tire.
You could/should note CLEARLY in advance that Andys is not near the other rental offices & give clear directions about how to find it...maybe easy on a sunny day, but very difficult at night in heavy rain. Even better, offer pick-up in bad weather, which I had & am sure that many people do.
Also, you should make CLEAR that there is an extra charge -- license fee -- if you do not have a International permit or are not a Caymanian. If you need it, so be it, but, so why not say so in advance.
