First car interior light broken. Second car head light out. It was late and then gps I ordered and pre paid for no one know how to work it was out dated and did the drive on the screen without the gps actually moving. My discount from being an owner at the morritts was not allowed. Disappointing for sure
I wanted to add a comment to my request and there was not a way to do it.
The car return process took much longer than any car rental company I have used. This is a little stressful when you have a flight to catch.
We did not find out that this rental company was not with the other companies. This meant we dragged our bags from one side of the airport to the other after finding out where you are.
The car was a chevy. the doors had to be slammed to shut. The seats were worn, it sounded horrible
I had another good experience.

We have visited Grand Cayman approximately 15 times over the past 20 years. We have rented from Andy's all but one trip and that rental was a disaster! Andy's is a local business who always promises a deal then follows through with that promise. The cars are always clean and smoke free. Courteous service and convenience to the airport is a plus! Also having a satellite location on Seven Mile Beach allows help if needed. We will only rent from Andy's while visiting GC.
Rented from Andy's several times > always during car-inspections prior to departing, the cars need maintenance (spare-tires either flat or not in the vehicle). Also witnessed (again) two (2) other renters ahead of me have the same type of issues during their vehicle check-out > BETTER MAINTENANCE PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT (MAINTENANCE STAFF IS OBVIOUSLY NOT DOING THIER JOBS!).
We always rent from Andy's.
