I rented a jeep and the top was rusted and difficult to close. That evening the check engine light was on and a warning for tire pressure was visible. I returned to the location soon after they opened the next morning to see what options I had. The agent told me there were no other vehicles and said I shold have called ahead. I asked if any other location had a vehicle and she said no. I returned the jeep and rented from another company. The new jeep was much nicer and less expensive.

I really would like to thank them for their willingness to follow us to the airport in a second vehicle. We had a 6 person group and luggage which was too much for one vehicle. The extra service provided was beyond my expectation and absolutely excellent. Thanks.
I have rented from this agency before and I can say that I never had a bad experience so far and I am not looking for one.
The service was wonderful. However, the vehicle was very poor. Suspension was horrible (sounded as if the bottom was going to fall out), torn carpet, seats broken, missing headrests, electrical issues with the mini-van,(flashers would come on automatically every time the car was turned off). Sliding doors were powered but seldom worked. In short, spend some money keeping the vehicles running properly, These issues were too obvious to be missed by your staff.
