There was only 2 people at the counter and several people waiting in line. Same with returning. We stood under the returning sign while a new person walked in to the reservation line to return and was helped before us.
I wasn't satisfied with the vehicle. It was too small for 5 adults and luggage. But, I loved the fact that it was a jeep. You really need 4 door jeeps. All in all, it was a great experience and will rent from you again if we ever return. Thank you.
Awesome service!! The agent even found a bag we left behind in the car!!! Thankfully!!!!! Agents are always consistently pleasant and helpful!
There were several people in line to rent a car but only 2 clerks actually waiting on people; there were several employees walking around apparently doing nothing; it would be appreciated if there were more employees to actually help people get their cars and reduce the waiting time. My rental vehicle needed the air conditioning system re-charged with refrigerant as it did not cool properly.
Gets better year after year. Becky and Sandy are a terrific team. Had a small problem with my car and Becky had me back on road in no time flat!! Will always recommend and always return. Thanks to all at Andys!
This was our 16th time to Grand Cayman and I don't think we have used anyone else. See you again next year....
It was very slow checking in & then a mistake on the billing which I am glad I caught. I expected a better minivan. They brought out an Explorer first - I guess we should have tried fitting all the luggage in that because it was nicer than the next Suzuki van that we took. Lady behind the counter was very slow in processing paperwork. However, had a lot of laughs over the lack of horse power & driving on left side of road. Air conditioner worked great, thankfully.
