Car rental went smoothly and Andy's had the best price out of any other shop on the island. I would rent here from here again if/when I return to the island.

Good check-out experience, fast and friendly
The van we received was in terrible condition. It was rusted, it squeaked and rattled, and the brakes were questionable. Vehicles like this should not be rented.

Unfortunately the first car offered was sub-par and the better vehicle was provided , in answer to my protest.
We had large group ... 7 people ... SUV was great ... good service.
When we were given our vehicle, two of the tires were low on air. We pointed this out and asked to have them filled. All else was great with the car.
