Friendly staff. Helpful. Decent car. Location across the small airport parking lot was easy to walk to. Rates were also good compared to other companies.
Pick up and drop off process was very easy.
Didn’t have a Jeep we reserved. Gave us a Kia that died 3 times on us and blew a tire. They had me change it and bring it in, spare was LOW too. Then asked if “car good enough to go get gas” and made me drive it to put $14 in gas.
No offer of discount, offer to keep it longer, etc. I get things happen, but no offer to make it right/better AND ask me to drive it to go get gas is beyond disappointing.

The first car we got from the airport was not in good shape. It had been smoked in , had a smoke smell in the car and the seat had a cigarette burn in the drivers seat . After a few days of our one month rental we went back to Andy’s and were given a much newer and cleaner car . They were very pleasant and helpful at the West Bay Road location .
