Overall a good experience. I would rent from them again.
I’ve rented a number of vehicles of varying sizes from Andy’s this year all of them have very worn/bald tires. Coming from a cold part of the U.S. those tires would be illegal because they would be dangerous in high water, snow or icy conditions. I suppose that doesn’t occur very often in Cayman.
