Overall car was ok, but little issues added up. Wipers were old and worn out and did not work well when it rained. Radio was broken, including aux.
For over 20 years I have always rented from Andy's at Seven Mile Beach when I visit Grand Cayman. On this visit I reserved a compact car online, got a competitive price and a satisfactory car. The staff are always courteous. Andy's is a local company with years of experience. Highly recommend.

I love Andy's rental - the staff are so lovely and the service is excellent!!
From start to finish, the process went smoothly.
Easy pickup and drop off. Went over car before I left to point out scratches etc. This was great and made me feel like they are trusworthy and not looking for extra charges.

Always has been a good experience. If there were additional staff at the desk, that would help us start our vacation quicker. Fully understand staffing issues and cost.
I was turned away without any car of any class not just once at the start of my reservation, but also on what would have been day two of my rental when I was promised a car would be ready for me. I will never rent from Andy’s ever again, they didn’t bother having an explaination or ever contacting me that there was a problem with my confirmed reservation.
