Have rented many times from Andy's . Only complaint the Hatchback was broken and would not hold so numerous times fell on us. The strap to the lower the 3rd seat was gone therefore could not lower it and created problems loading our luggage. The staff member renting us the car knew of these issues as well as the staff person who we returned it to . Since they both knew the car should have been fixed before renting it. I was told no other cars were available . No discount or apology was give
