We booked a collection for 4pm but the office closes at 4pm so we had ring and be let in the back door. Not a good start. The car was brand new although had a scratch on the side that was noted by the rental company luckily as we did expect a new car to be damaged.
Iesha was very pleasant and very helpful on both the rental and return. We have rented from Andy’s for years and have always received the type of car we wanted and if a problem occurred it was promptly resolved. Always plan to rent from Andy’s while on Grand Caymsn!

Staff was courteous and friendly. We were provided with a NEW KIA Soul automobile that had about 200 miles on the odometer. The car was clean, inside and out. I've rented from Andy's in previous years. Last year I returned from shopping in downtown George Town to find I had a flat tire. I called Andy's and they immediately sent a representative to George Town to change the tire. Terrific service. Terrific people.
