Original vehicle - which I picked up at East End - had a problem with the left side view mirror. Also a problem with the diver's seat belt retraction. When I pointed this out to the employee, she arranged for me to get a replacement vehicle at the airport since I was going there.
The replacement vehicle was a brand new 2024 Kia with only 2,000 miles. It was perfect and had a back-up camera.
Staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Our family has rented from Andy's for over 20 years and we've always had good service, but this visit was up there with the best. We were in and out and able to start our vacation ASAP!

So easy as the rental office is directly across as you exit the terminal. Staff is super friendly, courteous, and helpful. It is great to rent from. solid local company! Andy's will be my go to auto rental company when traveling to Grand Cayman.

There’s got to be a better way to connect with the pick up driver. We’ve had this same issue twice now when arriving by ship. It’s near impossible to find a meeting spot for the driver to come get us. This time we had to pay $10 for a taxi to drive us a couple of miles up the street. That was after a 45 min wait and 3 phone calls to find out where the driver was. Very hectic and wasted a lot of time while there on a short day.
